1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via our secure payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, guests will be charged for one night.

3. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Modification of Booking

Guests may request date changes depending on availability. Price differences may apply.

5. Refund Process

☺The staff truly make this place special. Yassine is a fantastic team member and the ladies who work alongside him are extremely friendly. The attention to detail and personalisation of the owners is really lovely! He was in contact with us the whole time, and helped us arrange a hot air balloon trip for a really good price and taxis!

☺The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent, the host is very kind and helped us with everything we needed.
The location ia also very good in the old city, we had a driver take us there but after we arrived there was no problem finding the Riad using Google Maps.
It was a very pleasant stay and we’ll most definitely choose it next time we visit Marrakesh!

☺Experiência incrível! O atendimento foi excelente, e toda a equipe foi extremamente prestativa, atenciosa e simpática durante toda a nossa estadia.

O café da manhã é ótimo, o quarto é maravilhoso e exatamente como aparece nas fotos. A decoração é linda e super tradicional, criando uma experiência muito especial. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro é excelente e tudo estava muito bem cuidado.

A localização também é fenomenal: fica a menos de 10 minutos a pé da Praça Jemaa el-Fna, então conseguimos fazer tudo na Medina caminhando.

Custo-benefício excelente! Vale muito a pena e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

 10Verified ☺Riad molto bello. Curato, pulitissimo, molto silenzioso, elegante. Comodo, in ottima posizione centrale e con un bel terrazzo. 
Lo staff eccezionale. Yassine e Zak sono stati davvero gentili e ci hanno aiutato a preparare la nostra partenza - che era al mattino presto - organizzando per noi il taxi per l'aeroporto. Hanno preparato la colazione alle tre di notte e ci hanno accompagnato con le valigie fino alla macchina. Sempre sorridenti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, richiesta o necessità. Davvero un team straordinario. Grazie anche alle signore che al mattino preparavano la colazione e pulivano le camere. Torneremo di sicuro, insh Allah. Consigliatissimo.

 Verified Hidden gem but you need google maps to find it. The front door is beautiful but the house number could be bigger, as it can be easily missed on the brass plate. Yassine was very attentive and made my stay as solo traveller most enjoyable. Beautiful interior and the furnishings in the guest rooms are of high quality. Tasty breakfast but coffee could be better. 😏

 Verified Good luck finding the Riad. There should be a sign on the walls with the name and an arrow. GPS isn’t that accurate.Yassine was super helpful and responded quickly to questions.The suite looked bigger in the pictures.

 Verified Riad Jamaique is a beautiful, inspiring place. I had a great time here. Very comfortable and well looked after. Adil was a brilliant host. He answered many wide ranging questions about Marrakech and Moroccan culture for me, and gave great recommendations. The roof top and hot pool are fantastic as well. Could not recommend this Riad highly enough.

 Verified The Riad was located right in the Medina, only a minute or two away from the souks but still very quiet. Breakfast was great, the room was comfortable and the staff was really nice. Adil especially was very helpful, quick and communicative. Would 100% recommend this place. :)

The host and the staff were very friendly and genuine. Special thanks to Adil who has been nothing but caring and helpful throughout my stay.  Verified Cannot speak highly enough of Adil and his team. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help us find our feet in Marrakesh. It was our first time in Moroccon and he hosted us like family. Riad spotless and a relaxing and cool space to rest on hot days.

Die Lage ist perfekt und dank einer eigenen Karte des Riads konnte man sich auch gut zurechtfinden und wir haben viele Tipps bei der Ankunft bekommen.
Wir sind sehr früh angekommen und haben sogar noch ein kleines Frühstück bekommen und am letzten Tag bei unserer frühen Abreise eine kleine Snacktüte. Alle waren immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Der Flughafentansfer ist auch zu empfehlen.

Wir waren leider in einem der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, die sehr hellhörig morgens sind, da die Küche direkt nebendran ist. Das könnte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen, jedoch will ich dafür keinen Stern abziehen.

He communicated with us before and during our stay, and we used the hotel’s airport transfer service to get there. I would definitely recommend it if it’s your first time in the medina.

The riad was clean and beautiful, and Yassine was very accommodating. The location was perfect—a few minutes’ walk to the medina, but away from all the chaos.
